Nové Město na Moravě has a population of 10 000 people, with all the neccessary infrastructure and offering at the same time a wide range of sports and cultural activities.

SKIING

When show conditions are good the town offers up to 100 km ski tracks. When the snow conditions are not satisfactory, at least a couple of kilometres of tracks are provided in the Vysočina Arena. For those interested in downhill skiing there is a ski slope with a chair lift. If you are planning to come with children, they can go sledging or build a snowman just a few meters from the house.

CYCLING

From spring to autumn the town provides excellent conditions for cycling. You can use singletrackt at the Ski Hotel (5levels of difficulty including tracks for children and handicapped people.

SWIMMING

In summer you can use a lake Koupaliště with well-kept surroundings. There are atractions for children. Swimming is also possible in nearby lakes Zuberský, Medlovský, Sykovec. All the year round you can use an in-door swimming pool, within a walking disatance of just 3 minutes from our house.

WALKING

If you like walks, Nové Město can be a starting point for exploring the Žďárské vrchy.
